The program for the RYPEN seminar is a combination of formal presentations, group sessions and recreational activities that have evolved into a highly effective leadership and personal development experience. The core curriculum of the RYPEN Seminar addresses the following topics:

- team work
- problem solving
- communication – public speaking
- motivation and goal setting

Next is arranging sponsorship, so we will send through the details of your local Rotary clubs so you can make contact. We can help you with this if you want. Once we have sponsorship sorted, we’ll keep in contact with you up until the camp.
